Every guest entering Midway Massacre must have a completed waiver on file.

ALL MINORS MUST HAVE THEIR WAIVER COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

A parent or legal guardian does not need to be present at the haunt as long as the minor's waiver has been completed and signed in advance.

If you are coming with a group, please make sure every person in your group has completed their waiver before arriving.
